Returns:

If you would like to make a return, please note we only accept unopened, unused products in their original shipping package. Your return request must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

    Please include a note with your name and your order number for our reference. 

    Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Northern Bronze customer service immediately. Provide details and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

    UPS Ground Shipping (Orders $1-$49.99): $6.95

    UPS Ground Shipping (Orders $50+): Free

    Northern Bronze ships products to customers throughout the U.S. from our operations center in Staples, MN. We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
